A message from our Chair of Governors:  Matthew Dominé

On behalf of the Governing Body, I would like to extend a warm welcome to Two Waters Primary School.

Two Waters is a caring and ambitious community where children are supported not only to achieve academically, but also to grow into confident, kind, and curious learners. The school places great value on nurturing the whole child, and this strong ethos is evident in the pride pupils take in their learning, their behaviour, and their care for one another.

The Governing Body is committed to supporting the school in providing the very best education for all pupils. Our role is to set the school’s values, vision, and strategic direction, ensure resources are used effectively, and hold the school to account for the outcomes it achieves for children. We work closely with the Headteacher and senior leaders as both a supportive and constructive partner, offering challenge where needed and support at all times.

We take our responsibility seriously to ensure the school remains accountable to its pupils, parents and carers, staff, and the wider community it serves. Transparency, collaboration, and strong relationships are central to our work, and we are keen that parents feel informed, confident, and engaged in the life of the school.

If you have any concerns or matters you wish to raise, please contact the School Office in the first instance. Minutes of Governing Board meetings are available on request.

Working together with staff, families, and the wider community, we are committed to building on the strong foundations already in place and ensuring that Two Waters continues to be a safe, inclusive, and inspiring place for every child to flourish.

Proud to achieve. Proud to care.
