We have been busy little gardeners this week, making our very own cress heads! We learnt all about instructions and followed each step carefully to create them. Next week, we will be putting our learning into practice by writing our very own set of instructions!

We were also very lucky to receive some new interactive light-up toys for our classroom. The children have loved exploring the different lights, colours and effects, using their curiosity to investigate and discover. 

In RE, we have been learning all about Harvest and Sukkot. We talked about Harvest being a time to be thankful for the food we eat and the people who help to grow it. We also discovered how Jewish families celebrate Sukkot by building and spending time in special shelters called sukkahs. The children enjoyed getting creative and making their very own sukkahs!
