9th October - Map masters

This week in Geography, Year 2 continued learning about maps and explored why they are useful. As a class, we designed our own imaginary town, using a map key to identify and label different areas. The children then created their own maps, using colourful drawings and symbols to represent different places. The children did a fantastic job using their creativity and map-reading skills to bring their imaginary towns to life!
