26th September - Rhythm with recorders

This term in Year 3, we are learning how to play the recorders. We have mastered singing the R&B song 'Let your spirit fly' and now we are working on one note at a time to play it on the recorders. So far we have focused on playing our first 3 notes, C, B and A, remembering to keep our thumbs on the back finger holes! We have worked really hard to make our tune sound like the song and hopefully we can keep it up to eventually perform the whole song with our instruments.
