25th September - Bouncy scientists!

This week in Science, Year 2 have been investigating different materials and exploring which type of ball is the best for bouncing. The children compared the materials and sizes of a range of balls and discussed how these features might affect their bounciness. They then used metre sticks to measure the height of each bounce, recording and comparing their results to find out which ball bounced the highest!
